Return & Refund Policy

At Texsam Academy, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all digital and educational products. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

No Refund Conditions

• All payments are final once made.

• No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unused or partially used services

  • Membership expiration

  • Technical issues caused by user’s device or internet

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where:

• The user never receives access after contact & report IT/Support within 48 hours despite payment and proof submission.

• A duplicate payment is confirmed.

In such cases, users must contact support within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof.
