Texsam sells fashion clothing. Availability of products may change at any time.

 

Orders & Payments

  • Payments can be made via bKash or Cash on Delivery.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is verified (except for cash on delivery).

 

Shipping & Returns

  • Currently, products are shipped within Bangladesh only.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
  • Products are eligible for return only if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be requested and initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. After this period, products are not eligible for return or exchange.
